Human Resources Specialist Assistant

At Cezeri Science and Technology Schools, we prepare our students for the future through an innovative educational approach centered on scientific thinking, a culture of creation and production, and technology-based learning. While supporting academic development through project-based learning, the STEM approach, and practical education models, we also prioritize building a strong and sustainable organizational culture.

In line with this vision, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team and contribute to strengthening our Human Resources processes and enhancing the employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing a wide range of HR processes, from recruitment and employee personnel affairs to work permit procedures for foreign employees and performance management, in compliance with applicable legislation.

This position will play an important role in accurately identifying the institution's staffing needs, attracting qualified candidates through a “right person for the right position” approach, supporting employee engagement and satisfaction, and continuously improving our Human Resources practices.

If you are an HR professional with strong interpersonal skills, proven organizational and process management abilities, solid knowledge of relevant employment legislation, and a passion for creating value in the education sector, we invite you to become a part of our team.

One-to-one interaction with the child during the preschool phase, which is the stage of self-discovery, is of great importance for their personality development.
