General Manager - Founder
Dear Parents and Students,

It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you, as the General Manager of Aljazari International Schools for Science and Technology. I am honored to have the opportunity to lead the school with such a rich tradition of education. In Aljazari International Schools for Science and Technology, we believe that knowledge is power. No power can match the man’s power of cognitive thought or his existential desire for love of knowledge. It is the main driver of all inventions on this planet since the beginning of creation to the present. Knowledge is a cumulative sum of experiences in the human life.

Along with the teachers and staff at Aljazari International Schools for Science and Technology, I will work hard to build the legacy of success by building strong relationships with parents, students and community partners. We will focus on social-emotional learning, the use of data to drive instruction, and consistent implementation of a rigorous and relevant curriculum, to ensure that every student meets their goals and has a successful school year. Students can look forward to academic experiences that will help them build relationships while making real-world connections, in an environment that is safe, caring, and supportive.

All of us at Aljazari International Schools for Science and Technology are eager and excited to have an amazing year! As the school’s general manager, it is important to me that everyone who steps through our doors- students, parents, and teachers - are excited to be here! This attitude enables us to meet the challenges of academic excellence in a positive, fun, and nurturing way. My door is always open and I welcome your input. Please feel free to call or email me to discuss any questions or concerns you might have throughout the school year.
Here in Aljazari International Schools for Science and Technology, the student is not only critically important in the context of everything that goes on in the school: in our school, it is our aim that they actually know that they are important, that they feel valued and respected and leave here happy every evening. They are happily privileged to grow and mature in a safe, creative and holistic environment that is constantly changing to meet their needs.

I am remarkably proud of and impressed by the professionalism, commitment, dedication and teamwork of the staff to ensure an excellent education for all our students in a caring and supportive environment. Our Philosophy
Our Philosophy
Mission
We aim to advocate for the value of life, both for human beings and the entire universe, in order to foster a more harmonious world. We strive to promote intercultural understanding and respect, with the goal of equipping our students to become lifelong learners who appreciate and embrace diversity.
Vision
We seek to become a pioneering institution of the 21st century which nurtures a generation leading the development, dignity and prosperity based on our unique educational paradigm.
Al-Jazari International School for Science and Technology defines itself as a school with a futuristic vision of pioneering, due to its tendency to use modern and sophisticated teaching methods without harming the environmental and humanitarian aspects.
Al-Jazari School focuses on the application of worldly acknowledged educational curricula in its principles and creativity in its methods in order to create a specialized and diversified generation.

In view of the pedagogic plan of Al-Jazari International School, it appears to be based on the most important principles of the twenty-first century, including technological and technical development, renewable energy and cultural diversity. School principals are keen to include these principles in all details of the institution, whether in the curriculum or work method or construction engineering and school campus, where Al-Jazari International School is primarily concerned with adopting an internal recycling system that eliminates the environmental damage of waste.
On the other hand, Al-Jazari International School recognizes the importance of intellectual richness and knowledge that results from the multiculturalism of its students.

Hence the philosophy of linguistic diversity especially in light of our keenness to raise our students with Islamic teachings representing the cultural and civilizational background of the Islamic world in general.

Thus, the following three languages have been integrated to achieve their respective objectives starting with Arabic language as a source for Islamic persona, then English language, which is basically the follow-up gate to all technological and scientific developments around the world, reaching the Turkish language that is the common cultural background to our intuition.

Al-Jazari International School also provides education for all grades, focusing on kindergarten and primary in the first years until secondary school. The main goal of Al-Jazari International School is to originate its educational impact by creating leading social and professional individuals.

Aljazari Paradigm
Aljazari Paradigm
The philosophy of Aljazari International School is to create successful individuals with advanced potentialities that is adaptable to the nature of contemporary life. In this context, our philosophy is branched into two main areas:
1
The first area represents the fusion of human individuals and nature, which will result in an intellectual and cultural revival and a better understanding of technological evolution.
2
The second area of our paradigm shows the practical, beneficial and rewarding side of human individuals. These key sides in human nature are the way to self-development and self-growth and, as a result, recognizing ones role in local and global society.
Stemming from those two concepts, Aljazari School constructed its own educational philosophy based on five integrated models of a generation that it aims to raise:
  • A happy and successful generation which is financially and morally balanced.
  • A productive generation that benefit from various information and technology to create its own exceptional projects
  • A responsible generation that respects nature and realizes its indispensable role.
  • A socially intelligent generation which transforms theoretical and emotional values into practical and effective actions
  • An independent generation whose life is based on continuous interactions and participations in multicultural activities all while respecting universal ethics and values.

Quality Control at Aljazari School
Quality Control at Aljazari School
Aljazari International School carries out its activities under three main guidelines: problem diagnosis, problem solving and development. We are realizing our paradigm where our quality control directors represent our vision and mission with the specified qualifications. In this context, our Aljazari quality and supervision unit, which carries out its activities in order to achieve our needs and expectations, evaluates the data of the Teacher council, Parent council and Student Council.

Quality management increases the motivation of employees as well by creating a dynamic structure within the school. The development of all domains is affected by the climate created by the school culture within the scope of the quality management model.
Quality and supervision unit
Our Aljazari quality and supervision unit develops and implements the school quality policy that ensures the integrity and harmony of our school's philosophy and activities within the strategic plan. Our Aljazari Quality Policy has been developed in accordance with the dynamics of the total quality management model and aims to bring our school to an excellent level in accordance with the quality criteria. Our quality policy is designed to integrate existing and planned initiatives, prevent duplication, determine what needs to be done and create a basic structure for the management system of our school. In this context, the steps of designing, planning, implementing and improving a process are carried out by evaluating the headlines determined by our board.
Our quality policy is built on four foundations:
  • Physical Facilities
  • Human Resources
  • Curriculum and Programs
  • School Operation System
Our main identified headlines are reported by systematic grouping and scoring of certain standard measures. Physical facilities include equipment and safety of buildings, gardens, workshops and laboratories, and integration of technical systems into the school. Our quality standards for human resources include Training Staff, Administrative Staff and Support Services. The curricula and programs that shape our understanding of education cover all the curriculum studies together with our educational systems such as DAS, PDP, and J5. School Operation System is concerned with administrative, financial and academic follow-up, school-teacher-family coordination and I.T. requirements of infrastructure systems.
Our quality control board, which holds its meetings twice a year, in the last week of each academic year, consists of the general manager, administrative manager and training coordinator. We put into practice all efforts to improve the current situation and realize the targets effectively with the decisions taken in the periodical meetings. Our quality management unit develops solutions for the problems that arise and turns the problems into opportunities without causing disruptions.
Self-assessment studies within the scope of quality management enable our school to disseminate effective ideas within and outside the school, thus creating a common language and way of thinking. While the determined quality standards ensure the emergence of good practices, self-evaluation studies within the scope of our quality circle aim to bring our school to international quality standards.
Our Aljazari International School achieves sustainable excellence by reflecting their core principles throughout the school. The social impressions and effects of our school are evaluated according to the compliance of the targeted output with the quality standards.
Quality management covers the process evaluation and performs the system and its operation through information compiled by different methods. The reports prepared within the framework determined by the school student council are processed by our board and put into practice in the general evaluation system.
The exemplary model that we aim to achieve with quality management:
  • Prevention against problems that may occur.
  • Provision of a satisfactory school's expectations and philosophy.
  • Efficiency achieved in aimed targets.
  • Flexibility within established standards.
  • Effectiveness in the application of the prepared programs and system.
  • Enables practical application within working schedule.
  • Includes evaluation of reflections in the process.
  • Our school's search for perfection, without deficiencies.
  • Regular developments measuring guaranteed
Parent Council
Parent Council
AlJazari International Schools of Science and Technology are concerned with the process of strengthening the relations between those three key elements students, parents and school, including the teacher and the administration, as they are keen to achieve the school's mission and goals.
AlJazari Schools recognizes the importance of families in laying the foundations of students' personal and emotional development. Given their ability to monitor closely the behavior of their members, families can identify deficiencies in children's personalities and habits.
In this context, cooperation between the school, student and parents is indispensable in the assessment process of our students' portfolios.

Parent council is therefore a bridge between our academic staff and our students, and is one of the pillars that will enable us to develop students' levels and strengthen their personal relationships, whether privately or publicly.
This is based on several aims, the most important of which are:
  • Representation of parents of our school
  • Improving the general administrative and educational performance of our school
  • Improving and strengthening communication between students and school staff
  • Contributing to the success of events and activities programmed within the school campus

Parent Council continues to complete its usual tasks following an annual election process coordinated at the beginning of the school season, within the philosophy and vision of AlJazari International Schools, along with taking into account the principles and directions of the Turkish Ministry of Education.
Student Council
Student Council
Our students, whom we see, as treasures of raw talents and abilities, need environments that reveal their potential while creating all the knowledge and emotional intelligence they need throughout their learning journey, from early childhood to youth.

Young people can only move forward with their ideas by taking practical steps in an environment that respects them and makes them feel particularly important thanks to their achievements.

When individuals consciously add their own imprint in professional areas, they move towards their goals based on the deep impulse of belonging within them.

Based on this understanding, we give students at AlJazari International Schools effective roles in any decision-making process related to our school since we consider them effective citizens, each according to their cultural background and community environment.

Our school administration takes into account student levels by examining profiles created previously in the PDP program when creating our student groups.
In addition, the student council elections for the student council begin in the seventh grade and the student council, in turn, has three main tasks:
Representing all students

• Our student council members can analyze the overall status of our students on a monthly basis
Evaluating our institution

• In terms of efficiency and development of physical facilities

• Academically, staff assessment, education and communication mechanisms

• Management evaluation in terms of operating systems, means of communication and public relations
Providing solutions and recommendations

• Providing solutions and recommendations during the annual administrational meeting and the other planning meetings, held every year.

Happy & Competent Children

Individuals whose basic needs, as defined per Maslow's hierarchy of needs, are met, form the essence of a value-centered personality while realizing their full potential.

One-to-one interaction with the child during the preschool phase, which is the stage of self-discovery, is of great importance for their personality development.

Being aware of this, Al-Jazari International School considers each student as a gifted individual carrying an endless potential within.

It is our basic practice to give children the opportunity to learn while playing according to their own respective developmental stages and we consider it extremely important for the upbringing of both mentally and physically healthy future generations.

According to our school's most fundamental approach, the teacher represents a guide during the learning process. Recognizing that children have different ways of expressing themselves, we aim to make our students happy individuals who are aware of how they choose to express their thoughts and feelings whether through singing, painting, sculpture, dance, vocal expression and music activities.

This way, arts and sports are highlighted in our school throughout the learning process, which is supported by education and training.

We support the development of personality with the aim of helping our students to be successful individuals, to be able to make their own decisions, to plan their studies and choose their own goals, to work effectively whether individually or in groups andto produce practical solutions when facing problems.
